OVERSIGHT OF CHILDREN
We are encouraging parents and leaders to become very aware of where their children are playing and ask that they inspect the area before and after children play. On Monday morning we found two shattered fluorescent light bulbs in the Ministicks area surrounded by a couple of balls. Shards of glass were spread out over a large area. While accidents will happen, we don't want children to be hurt by playing in dangerous areas. If you notice damage, please clean it up or let the office know that repairs are in order.
CHURCH PICNIC
Our Annual Church Picnic will be held on Sunday, May 26, right after Church, at Chippawa Park, on First Ave, in Welland. This year we will have a pig roast. We ask that every family bring a salad, baked beans, or a dessert. Sign-ups take place at the Welcome Centre this Sunday. Please specify what you will bring. We're looking forward to a wonderful time of fun and fellowship. Once again Pastor Matt will be challenging everyone to a game of volleyball!
